not receiving comments and subcriptions videos

hello i just signed up and i have noticed that someone commented on my video but i had nothing in my inbox wtf?
and someone uploded some videos but it never appered in the subscriptons box! so wtf is happening?

Not sure about Comments but just click Subscriptions on the top bar!

its just a minor youtube glitch...everyone has it at some point
