No Bumping

I would like to suggest a rule that maybe you already know about. It's about bumping old topics that haven't been replied to for about... let's say... 3 or 4 weeks, admins are going to decide. Do you not think this is a new rule that can be added on this forum?

If someone is going to bump, you should warn that user and if the topic isn't useful anymore, if you are a mod or admin, lock the topic. If the user has been warned for several times he's getting a warning strike.

I think we should be allowed to bump threads. But make it you are only allowed to bump after 2 weeks from the last post. Since like there could be a post about news. And then you don't want to make a new topic for a bit of extra news regarding it. Just make it so if there has been no posts for a week you have to wait one week more for the original poster to post before you can.
