Pics Please Empty Pics Please

Hi, Im looking for versions of this

Pics Please Windows-Flag

and the flag from the Windows 7 Desktop Wallpaper.

I can find them on Google but i need them transparent. I want to use them in my own wallpapers and banners but when i use transparency they always have white round the edge. Anyone got a version where all the white in it is transparent so you just see the bit you want to see. Thx
