Windows 7 performance issues?

I been installing windows 7 since the 6xxx prebeta builds, and all of them out performed Vista amazingly, but with the leaked build 7600, comparatively to my vista its pretty slow, Granted its on an IDE hard drive, which slows down data transfer a bit, but not considerably.

How are your experiences with windows 7, better or worse than Windows Vista?

far far better. nothing beats windows 7

I would go back to the RC TBH. That's what I did. The final release will be better than the leaked RTM.

Same exact thing happened to me. The RC is faster than the leaked RTM, but I bet the final release will be the fastest.

I definitely wont say that Windows 7 is the best ...but its way better than Vista
I have seen tremendous improvements from the Beta version...i hope to see more in the Final Realase

My RTM is the same speed as the RC. Maybe its drivers. The drivers out some are still for vista and RC. Wait until offical Windows 7 drivers come out for it. It might fix it.
