So after my HP laptop was reformatted, I begin to do dual booting.. I set Windows 7 for 18Gb only.. Now I feel in love with Windows 7, I think the 18Gb is not enough, how can I add more (transfer from vista) to this Windows 7 without reinstalling back?

You can probably try to shrink the Vista partition again and extend the Windows 7 partition in the Computer Management window, but if it doesn't work you are forced to re-partition and reinstall Windows 7, sorry.
